The pinnacle of decision-making within ATAF is the General Assembly, comprised of heads of member tax administrations. The General Assembly convenes every two years and welcomes participation from all African tax administrations members. During the meeting, the General Assembly receive the Council’s comprehensive report, elect a new Council, and discuss various organisational affairs.
